Sunny Retreat
The furnishings and decor of the living room have been thoughtfully selected to enhance durability and aesthetic appeal for the rental guests. Sunbrella fabrics have been used for the sofas and chairs to provide resistance against stains and spills. Additionally, faux marble tables have been incorporated, which offer both mobility and convenience, particularly when accommodating additional guests with a sleeper sofa. Indoor and outdoor rugs have been strategically placed to further bolster resistance to spills and stains. The room's ambiance has been elevated with the inclusion of glass lamps, and a console piece has been introduced not only for storage but also to showcase a selection of accent pieces. A large piece of art positioned adjacent to the console has been carefully chosen to maintain visual balance and scale within the room. Over the sofa, a coordinating large artwork has been displayed. The finishing touches include the installation of cornice boards and Levelour remote blinds equipped with solar panels to regulate heat and texture-rich accent pieces such as pillows and a throw.
For the outdoor patio seating area, the choice of polywood furniture combined with Sunbrella fabrics not only ensures longevity but also complements the scenic view of the pond. The addition of a high-top bar and stools enhances the dining experience while capitalizing on the picturesque surroundings. Outdoor blue pots have been strategically placed, complemented by hand-selected greenery and flowers that offer an authentic outdoor ambiance without the maintenance associated with live plants. The inclusion of moss in the pots adds depth and realism. A personalized touch has been introduced with a metal art piece featuring the owners' names, providing a warm welcome to their home.
In the master bedroom, a king-size bed in an elegant off-white hue is complemented by indigo blue nightstands and a dresser, creating an eclectic yet sophisticated atmosphere. The bedding has been meticulously curated with individual pieces for bedding, shams, and accent pillows. Art pieces have been strategically placed to maintain balance, scale, and introduce splashes of color. Once again, glass lamps have been chosen to infuse a touch of sophistication.
The master bathroom has been adorned with a multi-colored textured runner to imbue a formal air. Textured accent art pieces have been thoughtfully added to infuse color into the bathroom and water closet.
In the dining room, a modern dining table takes center stage, accompanied by a glass and acrylic console table to maintain a contemporary aesthetic. Large mirrors and wall trim have been incorporated to create an open and spacious ambiance. A tasteful accent wall painted with Sherwin Williams' Misty adds depth and character. Art pieces and accent elements have been introduced to enrich the room's texture, color, and balance. An outdoor rug has been utilized to prevent stains and enhance practicality.
The office area boasts a Sunbrella fabric sofa sleeper, an office desk, and a chair for guest convenience. An armoire has been provided for guests to hang their clothing, along with shelves for storage. Mirrors have been strategically placed to enlarge the space visually and maintain overall proportion. A television has been added to serve both as a den-like space and as a bedroom.
The guest bedroom exudes a modern and textured aesthetic, with the bed, nightstands, and dresser combining to create a harmonious look. A multi-colored rug complements the room's color scheme, echoing the colors found in the art, pillows, and bedding. The inclusion of a cornice board adds softness and texture, while a sparkling mirror enhances the room's spaciousness and functionality.
Finally, the guest bedroom's bathroom has been designed with a monochromatic theme. An extra-long shower curtain lends a custom touch to the room, and carefully chosen art and rugs tie the design elements together seamlessly.
